After 18 years in the corporate world focusing on everything from project management and recruiting to sales and customer service, I decided to use my skills to help business owners reclaim their time so they can focus on the big picture rather than time consuming daily operations.  It is common knowledge that the talent pool is small and the recruiting process is time consuming. After years as in the corporate world, I am privileged support busy owners and senior leadership find the right candidate for their sales and management job openings.

It’s a role I learned well at my most recent position as Regional Director of Sales and Operations at a highly successful and growing fitness brand. I wore many hats, mastered many skills, and help manage more than 100 employees. I know what traits company leadership is looking for in a rockstar employee and I know what skills and personality are necessary to produce high levels of success. My job is to free up space so the owner can concentrate on growing our brand.

I thrive on personal connection and creating this with my clients is essential to a long-lasting relationship. Yes, I am here to help businesses grow their teams and find stand out candidates, but I can do that best by understanding your business, who you are and your vision.

On a personal note, I am a wife and mother to two incredible kids an adorable dog! Our family loves being outside in nature doing things like kayaking and hiking. When we’re forced indoors, that energy goes into board games, puzzle and movie nights.
